Dear Dr. Glick:

This is an open letter which may be displayed on one or more websites.

As an independent volunteer ombudsman for the people of Nevada, it disturbs me greatly that polygraph examinations are not fully employed in defending justice and decent government in our state.

I request that you volunteer to undergo a credible polygraph examination bearing on your personal integrity and the issue of alleged corruption within UNR's administration. Questions to include, in part:

Are there any questions which you would prefer not be asked?

Do you demonstrate the following convention of democracy in your daily activities? “The people of this state do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies which serve them. The people, in delegating authority, do not give their public servants the right to decide what is good for the people to know and what is not good for them to know. The people insist on remaining informed so that they may retain control over instruments they have created."

Are you aware of any criminal activity or activities within the administration of the University of Nevada, Reno?

Does criminal racketeering exist within one or more departments at UNR?

Are you a participant in any conspiracy to abuse UNR resources for personal gain?

Are you a participant in any conspiracy to abuse UNR resources for the benefit of one or more special interests?  

Are you presently withholding any information from the public regarding criminal activities at UNR which are known to you?

Have you at any time, in any way, abused your delegated powers, directly or indirectly, to intimidate, harass, or injure any person who has, or has not, criticized you?

Have you at any time, in any way, directed the UNR police department to intimidate, harass, or injure any person who has, or has not, criticized you?

Do you, at any time, ignore laws, regulations, and conventions of democracy?

Have you ever, at any time, ignored laws and/or regulations while employed as a faculty member at the University of Nevada, Reno?

Do you agree that Nevada’s judges constitute a “good old boy” network which too-often insulates rogue public servants from accountability for wrongful actions?  

Have you ever been informed, directly or indirectly, by any member of Nevada's judicial community that you will be insulated from accountability for any wrongful actions?

Do you personally feel insulated from accountability for any criminal wrongdoings as a public official for any reason?

Are you aware of any bid-rigging within the administration of UNR?

Have you ever, for whatever reason, become suspicious regarding the possibility of bid-rigging within the administration of UNR?

Has Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto personally assured you that any grand jury investigation of alleged criminal activity at UNR will be orchestrated to insulate you from any accountability?

Has any Nevada employee, directly or indirectly, assured you that any grand jury investigation of alleged criminal activity at UNR will be orchestrated to insulate you from any accountability?

To your knowledge, are any of your telephone communications recorded?

Has any entity, having legal jurisdiction, ever authorized a tap on any or all of the telephones you use?

Do you maintain a printout file of email messages sent to you?

Do you maintain a computer-based archive of email messages sent to you?

Are you aware of the penalties for perjury should you ever distort truth under oath?

Have you ever sworn to an oath of office?

Do you agree that an oath of office is a promise to perform and not just a ceremonial formality?

Do you agree that violating an oath of office is perjury?

Do you agree that Nevada government is currently subservient to a power elite?

Dr. Glick, are you opposed to the people remaining informed so that they may retain control over instruments they have created?

Dr. Glick, your written response prior to January 1, 2010, will be appreciated.

Are you willing to voluntarily undergo a credible polygraph examination?
